About Us
We Run One Road, Properly.
Cherry Bus Palawan is the bus operator connecting Puerto Princesa and El Nido — plus nine more routes across the province.
Most transport on this corridor is a shared van that leaves when it fills. We built the alternative: air-conditioned coaches on a published timetable, with fares you can read before you pay.
The people at the counter
Cherry Bus is operated by Southern Dragon Express Transport, Inc. The same staff who answer the phone are the ones at the Puerto Princesa counter, and they can see the manifest you’re asking about.
If something goes wrong on a trip, there is a named person to raise it with, at a fixed address, on a route we run every day.
What we hold ourselves to
Punctual by design
You know when you’re leaving and arriving, because it runs on a schedule — not a “when it’s full” or “unless it rains” basis. Six fixed departures a day, each direction, published where anyone can check them.
Comfort that’s engineered, not painted on
Seat class, legroom, and an onboard toilet on Lazyboy Elite — physical differences you can check before you book, not adjectives in a brochure.
Honest, written terms
What you’re told before you pay is what you get — including what we don’t claim. We don’t advertise WiFi or charging, because we haven’t verified them fleet-wide.
Built for however you’re traveling
Solo, as a pair, with the family, or the whole barkada — or as a business shipping cargo. Pairs are our most common booking, and the site is built to serve them rather than default to a family of five.
Our commitment to safety
One public review has described reckless driving during heavy rain. We take that seriously, and we’d rather address it here than hope you don’t find it.
A scheduled, timetabled operation is built around not racing dispatch pressure the way an ad hoc van can. Assigned seating, fixed departure times, and no incentive to fill and go.
We won’t invent a safety certification to answer a review. We’d rather be honest about what we actually control.
